Usage advice
The recommended dosage for this multivitamin supplement is 2 tablets per day unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dose is 1 tablet per day. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.
