What is Vitamin B complex?
Vitamin B complex is a collective name for eight water-soluble vitamins. These are the following vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B11 (folic acid) and B12.
For whom can vitamin B complex be a supplement?
Soft Multi is suitable for athletes as well as for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to support his or her energy level during mental or physical exertion. These multivitamin softgels are especially suitable for mental exertion (vitamins B1, B3, B6, B12 and biotin) and fatigue (vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin C). Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 support energy metabolism, as do magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, calcium and iodine. Iodine and iron are also important in mental exertion. Zinc and vitamins B1, B3, B6, B8, B11, B12 contribute to memory functioning. Vitamin D helps ensure strong muscles. Furthermore, Soft Multi contains Metafolin®6, the natural form of folic acid as found in the body.

Suggested use
