Recommended daily intake Orthiflor Original: 1-3 capsule per day. Maximum dosage is 3 capsules per day unless recommended otherwise by your healthcare professional. Add the content of the capsule (s) to lukewarm water or skimmed milk, yogurt drink, lemonade (syrup) at room temperature, stir and drink preferably on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Unsuitable for children below the age of 12.
