Vitamin K is absorbed in the small intestine and also supports the maintenance of healthy bones. In addition, it plays a role in blood clotting. The tablets with Bio-Calcium+D3+K1+K2 have a peppermint flavor and are chewable.
Ingredients
Calcium carbonate, sweeteners: sorbitol, xylitol, anti-caking agents: polyvinyl pyrrolidone, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, flavor enhancer: peppermint powder, reinforcing agent: silicon dioxide, menaquinone (vitamin K2), phytomenadione (vitamin K1), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Bio-Calcium contains vitamin D3 to increase the absorption of calcium in the body and vitamin K for proper absorption of calcium in the bones. It is good to use Bio-Calcium+D3+K1 +K2 in combination with BioActive Magnesium.

Suggested use
1 tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. 2 tablets daily for children up to 6 years old, pregnant women and people older than 60 years. The tablet can be chewed or swallowed whole. Preferably just before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement can not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.
