Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 1 stick (1.5 grams) per day, unless otherwise advised. Open the stick and put the powder directly into the mouth. If desired, add the powder to water, stir and drink immediately. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Suitable for children 3 years and older. Contains sweetener. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
