The Multi 4 All also contains plant extracts such as alfalfa, goldenrod, horsetail and saw palmetto.
The Multi 4 All contains a complete and generous dose of essential vitamins plus minerals , plant extracts and enzymes. Due to the B vitamins (B2, B3, B5, B6, B11, B12) and iron present, this multivitamin contributes to extra energy in fatigue and tiredness. Folic acid, iron, copper, selenium, vitamins A, B12, B6, C, D and zinc support the body's natural defenses. The various antioxidants (copper, manganese, vitamin B2, selenium, vitamin C, E and zinc) protect healthy cells and tissues.

Orthica's Multi 4 All contains minerals, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), vitamins, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), Citrus extract, soy lecithin, inositol, choline bitartrate, glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerin), paba, betaine HCl, papain (contains sulfite), ossegaly, bromelain, rutin, firming agent (acacia gum), Solidago virgaurea extract, Rumex crispus extract, Serenoa repense extract, Taraxacum officinalis extract, Equisetum arvenseextract, Medicago sativaextract, Capsicum annuum fructus extract.

Orthica's Multi 4 All does not contain yeast, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors and fragrances.
Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dosage is 1 tablet per day. Preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use during pregnancy(swens) or lactation. Not suitable for children up to 3 years of age. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains a dry preservation bag as a guarantee of quality, not suitable for consumption.
