98% MSC certified Fish Collagen peptides 5000 LD Hydrolysate Peptan® Type l, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), Hyaluronic acid.
Suggested Use
1 x daily 1 generous tablespoon (approx. 8 grams) dissolve in water, fruit juice, smoothie or hot drink. Preferably take half an hour before meals. We recommend the following intake cycle: 36 days 'on' and 6 days 'off'. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. This product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Store cool, dry and sealed. Keep out of reach of children.
