Equazen capsules contain essential fatty acids, such as the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids that are important for health. They play a role in almost every cell of the body. They are especially important for children. Because the body cannot produce these fatty acids itself, they must be absorbed through diet. Oily fish is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. The government recommends eating fish at least twice a week, once of which should be a portion of oily fish.

Suggested use
For both children and adults:
For the first 12 weeks*: 6 capsules daily, to be divided into 2 or 3 intakes.
Thereafter: 1-2 times daily 2 capsules.
Preferably during meals.
*To replenish body reserves, it is necessary to start with a higher dosage during the first 12 weeks.
The Equazen capsules are small. Do you or your child still have difficulty swallowing the capsules? Then you can choose the strawberry-flavored chewable capsules. Or try the liquid form with light citrus flavor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of the reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place. (59 ° -77 ° F / 15 °-25 ° C) ( 35-65% relative humidity). Do not take simultaneously with methylphenidate controlled-release tablets or capsules; take at least 4 hours later. Caution for concomitant use with blood-thinning medications. May contain traces of soy.
