Equazen liquid contains essential fatty acids, such as the omega 3 and 6 fatty acids that are important for health. They play a role in almost every cell of the body. They are especially important for children. Because the body cannot produce these fatty acids itself, they must be absorbed through diet. Oily fish is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. The government recommends eating fish at least twice a week, once of which should be a portion of oily fish.

Suggested use
For both children and adults:
During the first 12 weeks*: 3 x daily 5 ml (one dessert spoon).
Thereafter: 1 x daily 5 ml (one dessert spoon).
Preferably during meals. Shake before use.
Equazen liquid can possibly be mixed with cold drinks or, for example, apple sauce or yogurt. Do not mix Equazen liquid with hot food or hot drinks. When unsaturated fatty acids are heated, oxidation occurs and the oil loses its efficacy.
*To replenish body reserves, it is necessary to start with a higher dosage during the first 12 weeks.
Equazen liquid has a slight citrus flavor. Do you or your child have difficulty with the taste? Then you can choose the strawberry-flavored chewable capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
