Vitamin B12 we get through the diet with products of natural origin such as meat, fish, dairy and eggs. Vegans are therefore always advised to take extra vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin. These small round tablets have a natural and pleasant cherry flavor. They can be placed under the tongue as a melting tablet or sucked as a lozenge, allowing optimal absorption through the oral mucosa.
Proviform vitamin B12 products contain the biologically active ingredients methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Also, only folic acid in the most biologically active form 5-MTHF is used.
