Ingredients
Bacopa monnieri, Nardostachys jata-mansi, Acorus calamus, Alpinia galanga, Bambusa bambos, Celastrus paniculatus, Convolvulus Pluricaulis/alsinoides, Ocimum sanctum, Valeriana wallichii, Myristica fragrans, Withania somnifera, rice extract, rice concentrate, binder (micro-crystalline cellulose).
Suggested use
Two to four times daily 1 tablet before, during or after the meal with water or juice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A food supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) ( 35-65% relative humidity).
Dosage for children:
- between 10-20 kg 1 tablet per day
- between 20-30 kg 2 tablets daily
- from 30 kg full dosage
