Dosage and administration
Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening with milk or water. Do not take immediately after meals.
A noticeable improvement in constipation occurs after 2-7 days.
Duration of use: Regular use for 1 to 2 months is recommended.
Note
Do not combine with Colayur, Herbolax, Swadista churna or Triforte.
