Dosage and use
Take 1 teaspoon (5 g) in a glass of water in the evening. Noticeable improvement occurs after 1-3 days.
Swadista churna is only suitable for short-term use.
Do not combine with Colayur, Trifala churna, Triforte or Herbolax.
Contraindications
Pregnancy, abdominal pain
