Pure&Fulvic is a pure and 100% natural fulvic acid product. Fulvic acid is one of nature's smallest molecules and is the natural transporter for every living thing (plant, animal & human). Suggested use
Pure&Fulvic is an excellent food supplement/herbal product for everyone. Use the advice below and, if desired, adjust the amounts to your own needs - after all, every person is unique.
Take 30ml Pure&Fulvic, three times daily (90ml per day) for 21 days. Dilute 30ml Pure&Fulvic with 240ml (chlorine free) water. Take one hour before or after meals for optimal results.
Schedule:
Day 1-21
Breakfast 30ml
Lunch 30ml
Dinner 30ml
Some people are sensitive to the effects of the above schedule. If so, it may be more comfortable to start with a lower dosage. This is a milder, slower version of the above schedule. Instead of 90ml daily, this schedule starts with a daily dosage of 30ml and gradually builds up to 90ml. Take one hour before or after meals for optimal results.

Dinner 10ml
Day 8-14
Breakfast 20ml
Lunch 20ml
Dinner 20ml
Day 15-30

Once you have completed one of the two schedules, you can continue with the daily maintenance dosage. Take 10ml three times daily before each meal, or 20ml for breakfast and 10ml for dinner.You can take this dosage with fruit juice or (chlorine free) water, possibly along with other vitamins and/or dietary supplements. For best results, take the maintenance dosage one hour before meals. Of course you can also start with the maintenance dose immediately, for example if you react very sensitively to both schedules. This is just as effective, but it will take a little longer before you notice anything than if you first follow one of the two schedules.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dark, dry place. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) ( 35-65% relative humidity).
