Suggested use
Stir 2 g daily (corresponds to 2 x the enclosed measuring spoon or a teaspoon) into half a glass of water and let it soak for 10 minutes before drinking. It is best to take it in the evening before going to bed or in the morning at least half an hour before breakfast. The indicated recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A simultaneous intake of Pro EM san/pur/junior and Pro Basan/Complete according to the applicable directions for use is recommended.
