BioActive Uniqinol's soft, light-tight gelatin capsules contain ubiquinol, the reduced form of coenzyme Q10, dissolved in coconut oil. Each capsule contains 100 mg of ubiquinol and 12 mg of ascorbic acid.
Dietary supplements containing ubiquinol have the disadvantage that this substance oxidizes when exposed to oxygen and then returns to the original form of ubiquinone. However, thanks to a special manufacturing process, Pharma Nord has managed to package the raw material into a capsule in such a way that the Q10 retains its active form.
