Suggested use
As maintenance the recommended dosage is 2 mini softgels Omega 3-375 fish oil concentrate per day, unless advised otherwise. The maximum dosage is 3 mini softgels per day. Take preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Store in a dry place and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement can not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
