The hydroxo form of cobalamin is a natural form of B12. Also known as hydroxycobalamin. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin called cobalamin. It is also popularly called the "energy vitamin" or the "vegetarian vitamin." In food B12 occurs in three forms; methylcobalamin, hydroxycobalamin and S-adenosylcobalamin. In supplements, hydroxycobalamin or cyanocobalamin is used.

Suggested use
As a daily supplement. Shake before use, store in a cool place. Use in the morning, not after 14:00 (because of sleep). Use 5 ml for the first 5 days, then 1 ml for 25 days. Squeeze pipette empty into juice or water. The liquid has a slight apricot flavor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement can not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimum storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C). After purchase and during use, store the product refrigerated in the refrigerator.
