Suggested use
You can take Quatrase prior to meals. You can take the capsules with water, for example. If you have trouble swallowing, you can also take the contents loose or dissolve them in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for use in children (from 2 years of age). After ingestion, the enzymes are active for about 30-45 minutes.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 to 3 capsules at a time just before meals. Maximum of 15 capsules per day.

Ingredients
Lactase (5,000 FCC); Filler: Calcium carbonate; HPMC (capsule); Alpha Galactosidase (600 h); Xylose Isomerase (5,000 h); Invertase (250 h). Quatrase is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Free of gluten and soy.
