Way 1 - You have received a prescription from our prescription platform
When your therapist(s) creates a prescription through our platform, you will receive an email containing a link. If you click on the link you will be taken directly to our platform, to the shopping cart. Here you will see all the recommended products. You decide whether to add or remove items and then you checkout yourself. The discount you receive is automatically displayed and deducted from the total price.
During checkout you create an account or log in to your existing account. An account is very useful, for example, you will receive regular offers on the products you use and a gift when it is your birthday.
Save your shipping address in your address book right away when you check out, that way ordering will be even faster next time.
Way 2 - Your therapist has given you products and a discount code on paper or in the mail
If your therapist has made a list of products and provided a discount code with them, things work a little differently.
You search for the products through the search function and put them in your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, enter your discount code on the right side. The discount will now be applied.
