Ingredients
Fermented guar bean fiber* (from Indian guar beans, Cyamopsis tetragonoloba).
Suggested use
Take 1-2 level measuring spoons (5-10 grams) per day with a meal. Mix with water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid. Let the drink stand for a while to give the fibers the opportunity to completely dissolve. The fiber can also be added to food (such as yogurt), even hot foods, if desired. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) ( 35-65% relative humidity).
