Glucosamine from Orthica is suitable for the elderly and athletes and is often used by them as a supplement to the daily diet. Glucosamine by Orthica contains the mineral manganese and is suitable for daily intake. Glucosamine from Orthica should not be used around pregnancy and during breastfeeding. If you are looking for a product that only contains glucosamine and hyaluronic acid, you can also choose Glucosamine Plus.
The mineral manganese present is good for bone formation, good for building up cartilage in the joints and contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day. It is best to take the tablets during or after a meal.
Ingredients
Glucosamine sulfate-2-KCl (from crustaceans), sodium chondroitin sulfate, maltodextrin, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerin), manganese gluconate, hyaluronic acid extract, undenatured (native) collagen type II complex.
Contains no: yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors or fragrances.

Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
