FolaNatalTM contains vitamin B12 in addition to folate (Metafolin® - an active form of vitamin B9/B11), which contributes to fetal tissue growth during pregnancy. Together, they contribute to a reduction in fatigue and support normal psychological function. They also help in the production of white and red blood cells.
Thus, FolaNatalTM is particularly suitable from pregnancy wish, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. In addition, both vitamins are present in their active form (5-methyltetrahydrofolate and methylcobalamin) and are therefore immediately available for action in the body.

Suggested use
1 tablet daily, from pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding.
