Suggested use
Take 2 softgels 2 times daily with food. Do not exceed the indicated recommended daily dose (4 softgels). Consumption of more than 3 g/day plant sterol supplements, 3 mg/day monacolin from red yeast rice or 800 mg EGCG/day or more should be avoided.
Warnings
This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 and adults over 70, if you are already taking other products containing green tea, or on an empty stomach. If you have health problems, consult your doctor about using this product. Do not take if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications. Do not take if you use other products containing fermented rice with red yeast. This product should be used as part of a balanced and varied diet, including regular consumption of fruits and vegetables to maintain carotenoid levels.
