Acacia and Inulin fibers are water soluble, Acacia is a type of fiber that is well tolerated. Inulin is also a well-known prebiotic fiber and rich in fructo-oligosaccharides. In the large intestine they serve as nutrition for the intestinal bacteria present there.
Suggested use
1 to 2 times daily a full, level scoop of Acacia - Inulin dissolve in lukewarm water or tea, unless otherwise advised by physician or therapist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A food supplement can not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place.
