C-500 has smaller tablets than the higher-dose dietary supplements containing vitamin C. The recommended daily allowance is 75 mg per day. Natural sources of vitamin C are potatoes, vegetables and fruits. If you can use an extra to supplement your healthy diet, then C-500 can be a good option as a dietary supplement. When taken 200 mg of extra vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily dose of 75 mg, vitamin C contributes to maintaining good resistance during and after physical activity. Vitamin C also helps protect healthy body cells. C-500 also contains a pinch of rosehip extract.

Ascorbic acid, filler (maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, glycerin), Rosa caninae extract.

Suggested use
As maintenance the recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, preferably taken during or after a meal. The maximum dosage is 2 tablets daily, unless otherwise advised.
