Glycine = part of hemoglobin metabolism, in which hemoglobin transports oxygen in the blood. Glycine and GABA are the main inhibitory (inhibitory) transmitters in the central nervous system (CNS). They prevent excessive arousal and provide the CNS with important protection. It is capable of non-specific conjugation of xenobiotics when drugs with toxic side effects reach the cell. The body's own xenobiotics enter into symbiosis and attenuate or eliminate the toxic effects of drugs, alcohol, toxins, narcotics, etc.

  • Supports creatine metabolism and thus is important for supplying energy to muscle cells and muscle building
  • As a component of collagen, it is important for skin generation, hair formation and cartilage development
  • Acts on the glucose tolerance factor (GTF) and is therefore directly involved in the regulation of blood sugar levels
  • Natural adrenolytic (anti-stress effect) and is a specific regulator of nerve cells
