Suggested use
Take 1 scoop of granules daily with a glass à 200 ml of water or fruit drink. Do not exceed recommended dose. An excellent combination in terms of taste and effect is Atrimove with Super Greens (Vitakruid).
Tip for taking: Stir the contents of 1 scoop into; yogurt, fruit yogurt, cottage cheese, custard, applesauce, chocolate milk, orange juice, fruit juice, hot tea.
Safety
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store dry, dark and at room temperature (15 - 25 °C). Use during pregnancy and lactation is discouraged due to lack of sufficient research. A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied balanced diet, for which dietary supplements are no substitute.
