Recommended use Citri-Chene: Begin the cure gently at a rate of 1 ml 2 times a day to dilute in a small amount of water, in the morning and/or evening for 3 days. Then proceed to take 2 ml two to three times a day to dilute in a small amount of water, in the morning and evening. Subsequently, to consolidate the result and avoid relapse: 1 to 2 ml 3 times a day.

Note: Intakes of 2 or 4 ml should be kept longer or shorter depending on the severity of the health problems and the evolution of the results.
