Recommended use: Children from 1 year 1 scoop (2.5 grams) daily. Adults 2 scoops (5 grams) daily , or as advised. Mix the powder with water, fruit juice or yogurt. Stir well and consume immediately. Optionally, the powder (if desired in a lesser amount) can be placed under the tongue (sublingually) for rapid absorption through the oral mucosa. When using coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and fenprocoumon), first consult a doctor before taking a vitamin K2 supplement. These medicines are also called vitamin K antagonists and their effectiveness is reduced by taking vitamin K from food and supplements.
