As a precaution, women are advised not to use Pycnogenol during the first three months of pregnancy. Due to the lack of safety data, it is also better that children under the age of 6 do not take Pycnogenol. It is best not to take Pycnogenol too late in the day; some people may have trouble falling asleep.
