Walnut tincture is an important part of the programs developed by Hulda Clark. In her books she describes, besides the extra strong variant (alcohol based), also a tincture of regular strength (`regular strength`) and a water based variant. However, it is the extra strong tincture that is used in her programs and gives the best results. This extra strong walnut tincture contains 50% alcohol.
The black walnut tree (Juglans nigra; Okker nut family), is the North American and Asian variant of the European walnut tree (Juglans regia). However, the Juglans nigra contains considerably more active ingredients than the European species.

Suggested Use
2 teaspoons in a quart glass of water, or as directed by your physician/therapist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A food supplement can not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
