Active B-Complex

The product includes riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6) and the methylated form of folic acid and of vitamin B12. Vitamin B3 is present as inositol hexanicotinate, which is metabolically active but does not cause a so-called niacin flush. A B complex consists of a series of water-soluble vitamins, each of which has its own action and acts synergistically as a complex.

NADH (Nicotinamid-Adenin-Dinucleotid-Hydrid), also called coenzyme-1, completes the complex. NADH counts about four psychological functions, of which energy production (ATP) is probably the most important.

This product supports energy metabolism, normal nervous system function, contributes to normal skin, hair and mucous membranes, and helps regulate hormonal activity. It supports the formation of red blood cells. Active B-Complex can additionally be used to support psychological function.
