Fish oil forte from Vitakruid contains 1000 mg of fish oil concentrate per capsule and provides an EPA of 350 mg and DHA of 250 mg.

Our diet often shows a shortage of Omega-3 fatty acids. Over the past 20 years, our diet has paid a lot of attention to Omega-6 fatty acids (vegetable oils and margarines). Proportionally, insufficient Omega-3 fatty acids are consumed compared to Omega-6 fatty acids, which disrupts the eicosanoids (EPA) balance.

Recommended daily intake Visolie Forte: 3 x daily 1 to 2 softgels (the first 3 months) then a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 softgels per day, or as indicated by your healthcare professional.
