Oil of the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., natural orange aroma, rosemary extract, antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract and ascorbyl palmitate). The vitamin E containing, natural antioxidant tocopherol-rich extract protects the sensitive Omega-3 fatty acids. The orange aroma thus comes from real oranges. The rosemary extract from real rosemary leaves.

Suggested use
Adults and children over 3 years of age: 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily (measuring spoon is in the box). Do not take it on an empty stomach, but during or after a meal, preferably a meal containing other fats (e.g. yoghurt for breakfast or bread for lunch or after dinner). Because of the taste, the oil can also be used very well in eg oatmeal, yogurt, salad, shakes or smoothies, etc. Consult an expert before use in case of pregnancy, lactation, illness or medication.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement can not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) ( 35-65% relative humidity).
