Dosage and application:
Add 1 teaspoon (1 teaspoon is 5 ml) to a glass of water 1-2 times daily and take. Do not take directly before or after a meal. After 2-3 weeks reduce the dose to 1 teaspoon. Children: half dose. Improvement will be noticeable after 2-6 weeks.
Contraindications:
Pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Keep cool, dry, dark and out of reach of small children. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
