Suggested use
Ideally the capsules should be taken just before or just after a meal. Recommended dose: 2 capsules per day. In case of a higher need, it is safe for adults to take a maximum of 6 capsules per day. Do not take algae oil capsules on an empty stomach, but just before or just after a meal.
