Suggested use
It is ideal to use the oil with other fats in a meal. For example stirred into cottage cheese at breakfast. So pure from the spoon can also when you have eaten. Recommended use per day (measuring spoon is in the box):
- Adults and children 3 years and older: 1 dessert (coffee) spoon (5 ml) daily.
- Children from 1 to 3 years of age: ½ dessert (coffee) spoon (2.5 ml) daily.
In case of greater need, it is safe for adults, to take a double dose per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) ( 35-65% relative humidity).
