Prostate Support contains per 2 mini softgels 600 mcg of copper, 50 mcg, selenium and 10 mg of zinc. In addition, this preparation contains pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto berry. Prostate Support is good to combine with Multi 4 Men or Soft Multi 65+.
A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The mineral zinc in Prostate Support contributes to normal male fertility2 and is good for sperm quality1. In addition, zinc contributes to normal cell division. The mineral selenium contributes to the production and motility of sperm cells. As a daily dose, 2 mini softgels are recommended. The maintenance dose (long-term use) is 1 mini softgel per day. Preferably take the mini softgels during or right after a meal. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children.
