Acacia fibers cleanse the intestines and are a food source (prebiotics) for probiotics. Because fibers have a satiating effect, they can also be used excellently in slimming formulas or in meal replacements.
Ingredients: 100% acacia fibres, vegan capsule: pullulan (casave)
Packaging: resealable, 100% biodegradable (plastic-free), fully degraded in 10 weeks.
Dosage:
- Standard dosage : take 2 to 6 capsules per day with water and drink another glass of water afterwards.
- More intensive cures are possible: consider acacia fiber powder in a stand-up bag, this is cheaper and for larger doses and perhaps more convenient. Undergo intensive cures only under the guidance of an experienced colon therapist.
