Recommended usage Rijst Proteïne Vanille: Mix 2 scoops (approx. 30 g) in a blender, mixer or shaker with 250 ml of water, fruit juice or smoothie. Can also be used as an extra addition in muesli breakfast.

Absolute rice protein is suitable for daily use and can be used before or after training, during meals or before going to bed.

Store in a cool, dry and closed place.

This product is no substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Alternatives include Amino Gram Forte Plus (Douglas) and BCAA 800 mg (Branched Chain Amino Acids) (NOW Foods).
