Orthica's Menopause Protect contains oenothera biennis oil, gelatin, fish oil, gelling agent (glycerin), soy isoflavones, stabilizer (beeswax), Cimicifuga racemosa extract, Trifolium pratensextract, soybean oil, d-alpha tocopherol, emulsifier (soy lecithin), colorant (iron oxide, titanium dioxide).

Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 2 softgels per day, unless otherwise advised. The maintenance dosage is 1 softgel per day. Preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
