Magnesium glycerophosphate in Magnevite provides triple supplementation of magnesium, glycerophosphate and phosphorus. Magnesium glycerophosphate has the advantage of:
• the highest elemental magnesium content (12.5%) of all organic magnesium salts;
• the best solubility of all organic magnesium salts;
• better tolerability than other magnesium salts.
Magnesium glycerophosphate gives less cause for complaints, such as nausea, flatulence and diarrhea. Magnesium glycerophosphate is a safe form of magnesium, which can be used to efficiently improve the supply of magnesium to the body. It is often advised in other countries - including England.

Magnesium glycerophosphate 900 mg containing 100 mg elemental magnesium and 145 mg phosphorus; Filler (microcrystalline cellulose); Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate);
Glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); Humectant (glycerol).
Suggested use
1 time daily 1 to 2 tablets with the meal or in the evening before going to sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. A food supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. For optimal storage conditions, store in a cool, dry place. (59° -77° F / 15°-25° C) (35-65% relative humidity).
Interactions
Magnesium may reduce the absorption of many different medications, including antibiotics (belonging to the tetracyclines and quinolones), bisphosphonates, digoxin, and iron salts. Take any medications at least two hours before taking magnesium glycerophosphate.
Warning
Use with caution (not in high doses) when taking certain diuretics (thiazide diuretics, spironolactone, mannitol, triamterene) and certain blood pressure reducers (calcium antagonists)
Do not use with (severe) kidney disease.
