Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule of L-Tryptophan-400 per day, 30-45 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise advised. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Do not use during pregnancy(swens) or lactation. Consult a physician or therapist in case of concomitant use of medication before starting or discontinuing use of this product.
