Kelp-150
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and energy metabolism
In the Netherlands, there is not much iodine in the diet by nature. Therefore, it is added to table salt (Jozo), bread, bread substitutes and some meat products. Vegetarians and people who eat little bread, no iodized salt and little or no fish have a chance of not getting enough iodine. Kelp is known as a natural source of iodine.
