Ingredients
Alpha Galactosidase (1200 u); Xylose isomerase (7500 u); HPMC (capsule); Lactase (10,000 FCC); Filler: Calcium Carbonate; Invertase (500 u). Quatrase forte is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Free of gluten and soy.

Suggested use
Take Quatrase forte before meals. You can take the capsules with for example water. If you have trouble swallowing, you can also take the content loose or dissolve it in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for use in children (from 2 years of age). After ingestion, the enzymes are active for about 30-45 minutes.

Recommended dosage: Take 1 to 3 capsules at a time just before meals. Maximum of 15 capsules per day.
