HPMC (capsule). Antioxidant: Ascorbic acid. 1 pack contains 30 capsules Once a day is suitable for vegetarians. Free from gluten and soy.
Suggested use once a day:You can take the once a day capsules once a day, at a fixed time. You can take the capsules with water, for example. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can also take the contents separately or dissolve it in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for use in children (4 years and older). Because the lactase precursors need some time to build up and take effect, the once-a-day capsules have an optimal effect 5-14 days after the first use. The effect remains as long as one capsule is taken each day.
