Suggested use
You can take the lactase 10,000 capsules prior to any lactose-containing meal. You can take the capsules with, for example, water. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can also take the contents loose or dissolve them in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for use in children (from 2 years of age). After ingestion, the lactase enzyme is active for about 30-45 minutes.
Recommended dosage: Take 1-3 capsules at a time just before each lactose-containing meal. Maximum of 15 capsules per day.

Lactase (10,000 FCC); Filler: Calcium carbonate; HPMC (capsule). Lactase 10,000 is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Free of gluten and soy.
