Orthica's E-200 contains 134 mg of vitamin E per mini softgel. Vitamin E is soluble in fat, in this supplement it is soybean oil. In easy to swallow mini softgels with a liquid content.

The vitamin E in E-200 contains 100% pure D-alpha-tocopherol (200ie). Vitamin E is an antioxidant and helps protect against free radicals. Vitamin E also helps protect body cells from external influences, such as environmental pollution or Uv radiation. Hence, you can say that vitamin E helps maintain healthy cells and tissues. This vitamin preparation is free of gluten, lactose, soy protein, yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors and fragrances. The recommended daily allowance is 1 mini softgel per day.

Suggested use
The recommended dosage is mini 1 softgel per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.  Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
