Suggested use
5 to 10 grams* per day with or after a meal. Preferably divide the intake over the day (2 to 3 times a day). D-Ribose is easily soluble in a liquid, such as water, and has a pleasant sweet taste. *A measuring spoon is included in the packaging. One level scoop is approximately 5 grams.
